An
interesting small (8.2m in diameter) circle of six boulders on a man-made
levelled mound. The stones include two porphyritic veined with quartz, three
whinstone (gneiss) and one of grey granite.
The stones are graded in height towards the south-west. There are records
of an outlier some 200m north-east.
In 1994 the stone circle was restored by the members of Tarves Heritage
Project.
