This
complete recumbent stone circle almost 26m in diameter is in a grove of
trees near Sunhoney farm (Grampian). There are nine upright stones of red
granite or gneiss, plus a large fallen recumbent 4.5m long and its two flankers.
The recumbent of grey granite has fallen inwards and part of it has broken
off. It bears 31 cupmarks on its present upper face. Inside the circle there
is a grass covered ring-cairn.
