 Hi-Res  (83Kb)

Three stone cists were found in this Early Bronze Age cairn, located about 1 1/4 miles S of Kilmartin. They contained burnt and unburnt bodies, food vessels, a stone axe, and a flint knife. The south cist is covered by a large capstone. Going north on the A816 road, there are Ri Cruin cairn, Temple Wood stone circle, and Nether Largie cairns, one after the other.
